The good news came this Wednesday when the 60th Berlinale (February 11-21) announced that Danish filmmakers Thomas Vinterberg and Pernille Fischer Christensen, (photo) as well as Norway’s Hans Petter Moland will all vie for the coveted Golden Bear award with their latest feature films, Submarino, A Family and A Somewhat Gentle Man respectively, all supported by Nordisk Film & TV Fond. O.k, I seem to be a bit behind as this was already in the know amongst techno enthusiast-graffiti artists since 2002. But, after becoming publically accessable in Feb 2008, as you can imagine, this has opened doors to many artists who want there tags to be seen at the largest scales, in the most prominent areas- most graffiti artist’s wet dream.
